Study of the dielectric relaxation mechanisms in KNbO<sub>3</sub>-based electro-ceramics

Abstract Electro-ceramics based on the KNbO 3 ferroelectric system were synthesized from solid-state reaction sintering method. In particular, electrical properties have been investigated at room temperature in (1− x )KNbO − BaNi 1/2 Nb O 3−δ (KBNN) solid-solution. The dielectric relaxation mechanisms analyzed as a function of oxygen vacancy (δ) concentration and frequency dispersion complex permittivity was wide range. obtained results discussed within framework current models reported literature for processes.
